Step 1

To begin our listing process, we love to meet with our new clients. We plan for about an hour as we appreciate the value of your time.

Step 2

Our first appointment is spent touring your home and taking note of all it's special features.

Step 3

We dedicate time to listen to your needs, answer questions about your home, and also how we can help prepare your
home for the market.

Step 4

We touch briefly on the highlights of the listing paperwork. Specifically, the Listing agreement, Form 17 Home Disclosure, and Coldwell Banker Bain Disclosures.

Step 5

We schedule your second appointment where we bring the comparable property report, market analysis and discuss pricing and strategy together as a team.
